Toshitaka (Sam) Shuzawa is a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working at Amazon, where he uses ASP.NET (/Core), jQuery, Bootstrap, and various AWS services on a daily basis. In addition, he is constantly improving his Python abilities and expanding his knowledge of Docker. Previously, Shuzawa worked at Cornerstone OnDemand as a Software Engineer, where he managed and owned test automation worker instance AMI, created a web-based test case management system, and leveraged their test automation system to implement automatic API scanning through Burp Suite weekly. He also created dashboards to reflect the data and metrics collected from their automated systems, including testing and code scans. As an Internal Tools Summer Intern at Cornerstone OnDemand, he helped debug build issues for domain/product teams and contributed significantly to automation by building or upgrading existing tools to reduce manual tasks for a faster and more efficient patch night. Shuzawa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, where he gained a strong foundation in software engineering. He also attended Shanghai American School for his high school education. Aside from work, Shuzawa enjoys cooking and playing basketball. He is always open to networking and exploring new opportunities. With his extensive experience in software engineering, testing, AWS, SDET, dotNET, Python, Docker, ASP.NET, web, and Jenkins, he is well-equipped to take on new challenges in the industry.
